Ghost Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates LoomGraph. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

  • Account Information: Email address, username, and password (encrypted)
  • Graph Data: The game logic graphs, nodes, and connections you create
  • Payment Information: We do NOT process or store any payment information. All payments are handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your credit card details.
  • Basic Usage Data: Login times and general feature usage for improving the service

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Providing access to your account and stored graphs
  • Processing payments for premium features
  • Sending important service updates (no marketing spam)
  • Improving LoomGraph based on aggregate usage patterns

Your Data, Your Control

You have complete control over your data:

  • Export: Download all your graphs in JSON format anytime
  • Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
  • Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you
  • Portability: Your exported graphs work anywhere, no vendor lock-in

Payment Processing

We never handle your payment information directly. All payment processing is managed by Stripe, a leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

  • Your credit card information goes directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant servers
  • We cannot see your full credit card number or security code
  • We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status
  • You can manage your payment methods directly through Stripe's secure portal

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
  • Secure password hashing using bcrypt
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with automatic backups

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services, only for core functionality:

  • SendGrid: Sends transactional emails only (account verification, password resets). No marketing emails without your explicit consent.
  • Cloud Hosting: Secure infrastructure for running the application with encryption at rest and in transit

These services only receive the minimum data necessary to function. We never share your game designs or logic with anyone.

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies that identify you personally.

Children's Privacy

LoomGraph is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.
